Universitas Diponegoro (UNDIP) participated in an international education socialization program organized by the University Global Club (UGC) in collaboration with Dalian Maritime University (DMU), China. The program aimed to introduce students to DMU’s academic programs, educational facilities, scholarship opportunities, and international exchange programs.
The event was attended by students from Universitas Diponegoro, particularly those interested in maritime studies, naval architecture, marine engineering, transportation, logistics, and other engineering-related fields. Representatives and speakers from Dalian Maritime University delivered presentations and shared information about studying in China.
The socialization program was conducted online according to the schedule arranged by UGC and Dalian Maritime University. The event consisted of presentations, discussions, and question-and-answer sessions.
The activity was held virtually through an online meeting platform, allowing students from Universitas Diponegoro to participate remotely. Dalian Maritime University, the featured institution, is located in Dalian City, Liaoning Province, China.
The program was organized to provide students with insights into international higher education opportunities and to strengthen academic collaboration between Universitas Diponegoro and Dalian Maritime University. It also aimed to encourage students to explore scholarship programs, student exchanges, and global learning experiences.
The event began with an introduction to Dalian Maritime University, followed by presentations on its colleges and academic programs, including Navigation College, Marine Engineering College, Marine Electrical Engineering College, Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering College, and the College of Artificial Intelligence. Students were then given the opportunity to engage in discussions and ask questions regarding admission requirements, scholarship opportunities, academic life, and international student experiences at DMU.
